For over a decade, Jimmy Haley has held inspection, engineering, and executive management roles in the energy generation field focusing primarily on conventional gas turbine and wind generation. Prior to starting Gemini in 2008, he was an officer in the US Navy stationed in San Diego, CA. Jimmy was employee number 1 at Gemini and currently holds the title of Vice President and Managing Director of the organization. |

His resume includes operations and maintenance leadership, operational management of traveling wind field service teams and authorship of critical safety and maintenance programs. Brent Berentson, EHS Manager. Brent has an extensive history of construction, maintenance, commissioning, and safety within the wind industry. He has conducted training and helped author safety manuals and training curriculums for several major wind OEMs. His current certifications include Rope Access/Rescue Instructor, OSHA-500, Tractel Instructor, Rope Access Level 3, Red Cross Instructor, Confined Space Instruction – just to name a few. |

Claudia Trevizo, Project Coordinator. Claudia joined the Gemini team in 2009 with a combined total of 10 years of event planning, customer service, and administrative support. Her background includes support for sales teams as well as executive management teams, payroll processing, and policy overview. Claudia ensures all details, from the mobilization of a team to logistics to billing, of every project are accurate and all back-end processes run efficiently. |

Crystal plays a crucial role in planning Gemini’s annual local and National Corporate events. |

Mr. Kendrick brings 9 years of US Navy and energy generation experience involving operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, precision calibration, and operational testing of nuclear, steam, fuel cell and wind-generating facilities. Brian has direct oversight on all Gemini tools, trucks and equipment in the San Diego facility and throughout North America. |
